David Berg, Vice President, Head of American F&A BPO Operations and Controllership & Management Center (CMC): David is one of the founding members of the Tulsa Center when it was set up by Deloitte in 1995,serving as a senior manager for multiple client accounts, managing the transition of clients’ accounting and ongoing service delivery. Today he is responsible for delivering end-to-end accounting services, from transaction processing to financial planning, analysis and reporting. In his role as the Head of CMC, David and his Tulsa-based management team are responsible for providing client-focused oversight for offshore delivered transaction processing. David Steely, Vice President of Business Development & Subject Matter Expert F&A Services: has been a pioneer in the finance and outsourcing industry since 1991. Prior to joining Sutherland, David led the Global F&A solution development team for ACS (now a Xerox company) developing complex global accounting solution for major clients. His experience and expertise spans the entire spectrum from discovery, due diligence and transition to end-to-end F&A operations. Prior to ACS and Sutherland, David was in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he served as a subject matter expert for new business development, as well as managing the development of F&A solutions for clients in a wide range of industries including Telecommunications, Automotive, CPG, Manufacturing, Retail and Oil & Gas. Tonya Halstead, Senior Operations Manager:is based at the F&A Controllership & Management Center in Tulsa, OK. Established in 1995 by Deloitte to provide world-class end-to-end accounting services the Tulsa Center was subsequently acquired by Sutherland. While the center was part of Deloitte, Tonya managed multiple client engagements spanning transition to ongoing service delivery. Prior to Sutherland Tonya worked in the communications industry as an accountant. She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and received her B.S. in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1992 and her MBA from Oklahoma State University in 2011.
